 We are VIENTITY COMPANY LIMITED, a company registered in Vietnam (Registration number is 0317399016), and our registered office is at 200 Pasteur, Vo Thi Sau ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam, 70000. And the official representative site of Paper Shoot Technologies Inc, ("PaperShoot") products is at 1F., Faifo Lane., No.2 Phan Van Dang St., Thanh My Loi ward., District 2, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam, 70000.

 

These Delivery Policies (the "Policies") apply to www.papershoot.vn (the "Site") and form the terms and conditions on which we supply Paper Shoot (the “Product”, the “Service”, “Paper Shoot”) to you.

 

Please read through the Policies prior to using the Site. Your use of the Site indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the Delivery Policies.

 

We here to commit to the following set of acknowledgment:

 

In Vietnam, we are offer FREE standard delivery (Standard Shipping)nationwide for all orders that is above 2,750,000 VND (after VAT)

 

Additionally, we are offer FREE express delivery (Express Shipping) nationwide for all orders that is above 7,250,000 VND (after VAT)

 

Cash on delivery Service (COD) nationwide:

  • Payment can be made directly to the carrier once the package is delivered without damage.

  • Paper Shoot will not charge fee for the COD service

Packing specifications for Paper Shoot (product of VIENTITY)

 

  • All Paper Shoot products have been checked for quality before packaging.

  • Layer #1: Paper Shoot product is well placed with a cardboard box and a product tray, which is sealed both ends by transparent tapes.

  • Layer #2: The product is carefully wrapped with a layer of packing paper, packing paper also stuffed around the product within carton box packaging to avoid shovels during delivery and receiving process.

  • Layer #3: The outer carton shipping box is sealed, and label with shipping information.

 

Delivery time for Standard Shipping 

  • Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi area: 2-5 working days.

  • Other provinces / cities: 4-7 working days.

  • Delivery/ Shipping time starts when a Paper Shoot representative contacts you through a phone call to confirm the successful status of your order or when the Paper Shoot online system automatically sends an invoice when your payment results are successful.

  • The above delivery time is for reference only, and may actually fluctuate depending on the product, shipping address and some other objective conditions that Paper Shoot cannot control (For example: natural disasters, floods, vehicle failures, others ...).

 

Delivery time for Express Delivery (valued at 275,000 VND):

 

  • Ho Chi Minh City area: 2-5 working hours.

  • Hanoi area: 2-3 working days.

  • Other provinces / cities: 2-4 working days.

  • Delivery/ Shipping time starts when a Paper Shoot representative contacts you through a phone call to confirm the successful status of your order or when the Paper Shoot online system automatically sends an invoice when your payment results are successful.

  • The above delivery time is for reference only, and may actually fluctuate depending on the product, shipping address and some other objective conditions that Paper Shoot cannot control (For example: natural disasters, floods, vehicle failures, others ...).

 

Please check the packaging before receiving the goods:

  • To ensure safeness, Paper Shoot implements the policy of delivery for all of our packages, please check the boxes immediately when you receive your delivery of the goods.

  • In the case of the shipping box showing signs of disassembly, loss/ tear of sealing tapes, interrupted signatures … the customers need to refuse to receive goods and contact Paper Shoot hotline at (+84) 8692 80716.

  • Paper Shoot ensures the products we send out to customers have been tested for quality. In the rare case that the product received by the customer is defective, damaged or not as described, GICT's Paper Shoot is committed to protecting customers with the return and warranty policy at: papershoot.vn/warranty-policies
